The annual Fire Fit conference took place in July with represntatives from all over the UK Fire service in attendance.
Darryl Griffiths a, former Western Australian Fire Fighter and owner of Shotz Hydration, was flown over from Australia to present to UK Fire Fighters the importance of having a good hydration strategy in place to combat the associated risks and avoid dehydration or hyponatremia.
