Over 500 runners took part in the Shotz Sports Nutrition at the Ronhill Sale Sizzlers 5K Series at Wythenshaw park near Manchester on Thursday 2nd August 2012.
Event sports nutrition was provided by Shotz, suppling Shotz Energy Gels pre race and Shotz Electrolyte post race to replenish the athletes and provide much needed hydration.
