Assist Resourcing are looking for a Admin Assistant in Selby to work for one of the UK’s leading logistics organisations.
 
About the Job as an Admin Assistant:      
  • Managing the internal database
  • Planning and organisation of work schedules
  • Data Entry
  • Report Preparation 
  • Dealing with customer and client enquiries and complaints
  • Maintaining accurate and up to date filing systems 
  • Other general admin and office duties as required 
Shift times & working hours of an Admin Assistant: 
  • On the job training is provided and will take between 4 & 6 weeks 
  • During training, hours of work will be 08:30 - 17:00 (Monday to Thursday) and 08:30 - 16:30 (Friday - Early finish!)
  • Once training is complete, the hours of work will be 37.5 hours a week (full time)
  • Start and finish times: 
    • Mon-Fri, 9:00-17:00
    • Mon-Thur & Fri 8:30-16:30

  • You should be confident using a computer 
  • You will be able to work under pressure, and to tight deadlines
