Account Co-Ordinator - Markham Vale - Immediate Start - Permanent Role - £9.50p/h - Apply Today!

Assist Resourcing are actively seeking an Account Co-Ordinator, who will be based across two of our busy client sites in the Markham Vale area. The ideal candidate will have experience working in recruitment in an onsite capacity.  

Working as an Account Co-Ordinator:
  • Relationship building - with both clients, employees and colleagues
  • Attraction, recruitment and placement of suitable candidates
  • Interviewing, inducting and introducing flex-employees to the client site - meeting specific client standards
  • Assisting the client management teams with filling bookings and performance management
  • Shop floor supervision
  • Organising shift patterns and resource planning
  • Ensuring compliance in line with company policy
  • Processing of hours for payroll & dealing with payroll enquiries
  • General administrative tasks
  • Oncall function on a rota basis
  • Providing support to other clients within the area where required
  • 360 degree employee management (from Employee Recognition to Disciplinary Action)

Hours of Work for an Account Co-Ordinator:
  • Working 5 out of 7 days (some weekend working may be required)
  • 08:00 – 17:00 (Flexibility may be required depending on business needs)
  • The right applicant will have the ability to be flexible with their working hours when required

What do we need from you to be an Account Co-Ordinator:
  • You must be able to work under your own initative or as part of a wider team
  • You will have strong communication skills and be able to deal with a variety of people on a daily basis
  • You will be highly organised and have a methodical approach to problem solving
  • Experience within Recruitment and the Logistics sector would be beneficial
  • You will be confident in using the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • A full driving license and access to a vehicle is desirable but not essential
