Assist Resourcing are actively seeking a Senior Contract Manager (Recruitment), who will be based on our busy client site in Rochdale. The ideal candidate will have experience working in high volume recruitment, within the logistics sector, specifically Warehousing.
This opportunity would suit someone with a high level of experience within the Recruitment sector, and who can demonstrate a proven history of achievement in a similar recruitment role.
Working as a Senior Contract Manager in the Recruitment sector:
- Relationship building - with both clients, employees and colleagues
- Managing the attraction, recruitment and placement of suitable candidates
- Overseeing the interviewing, inducting and introducing flex-employees to the client site - meeting specific client standards
- Target and Objective Setting, along with overall management of the onsite team
- 360 degree employee management (from Employee Recognition to Disciplinary Action) of the internal team
- Compliance and Audit Management
- KPI Reporting and high level meetings (with both Senior Management and Key Client Stakeholders)
- Flexible Working Hours
- The right applicant will have the ability to be flexible with their working hours when required
- You will have strong communication skills and be able to deal with a variety of people on a daily basis
- You will be highly organised and have a methodical approach to problem solving
- You must have experience within Recruitment and the Logistics sector
- You will be profficient in using the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record within this industry
