Assist Resourcing are actively seeking a Recruitment Account Co-Ordinator, who will be based on our bust client site in Wavertree, Liverpool. The ideal candidate will have experience working in high volume recruitment, within the logistics sector, and will have the ability to work under their own initiative, as well as being a team player.
The requirements of a Recruitment Account Co-Ordinator:
- Relationship building - with both clients, employees and colleagues
- Attraction, recruitment and placement of suitable candidates
- Interviewing, inducting and introducing flex-employees to the client site - meeting specific client standards
- Assisting the client management teams with filling bookings and performance management
- Shop floor supervision
- Organising shift patterns and resource planning
- Ensuring compliance in line with company policy
- Processing of hours for payroll & dealing with payroll enquiries each week
- General administrative tasks
- Oncall function on a rota basis
- Providing support to other clients within the area where required
- 360 degree employee management (from Employee Recognition to Disciplinary Action)
Shift Patterns for our Recruitment Account Co-Ordinator:
- Working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern
- Shift pattern is 06:00 - 18:00 (allocated breaks throughout the day)
- The right applicant will have the ability to be flexible with their working hours when required & during busier periods.
Desirable Qualities for a Recruitment Account Co-Ordinator:
- You will have strong communication skills and be able to deal with a variety of people on a daily basis
- You will be highly organised and have a methodical approach to problem solving
- Experience within Recruitment and the Logistics sector is preferred
- You will be profficient in using the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel and Outlook) and be able to learn new systems quickly
- A full driving license and access to a vehicle is desirable but not essential
