Assist Resourcing are currently recruiting for a On-site Recruitment Co-Ordinator, to be based at their busy client site in Worcester.
Working for Assist Resourcing, you will be based on site for a global supplier of aluminium die casting provisions within the automotive sector. The successful applicant will have previous experience working within high volume recruitment, and be familiar with a Factory/Warehouse setting.
About the Job as an On-site Recruitment Co-Ordinator:
- Supporting the Account Manager in various duties
- Advertising, Screening and Interviewing potential new flex-employees
- Interviewing and inducting new employees and pro-actively managing suitable labour pools
- Helping to manage and process payroll on a weekly basis
- Client and Candidate engagement
- Hands on people management - From Coaching performance, to all HR requirements
- Accident and RIDDOR reporting
- Management Reporting
- Compliance monitoring (Eligibility to work, reference checking etc)
- Issuing PPE to flexible employees
- Weekly review meetings with the Account Manager and the Client
- Liasing with clients over the phone, face to face and over email
- A good telephone manner and confidence over the phone
- Own car would be preferable for visiting sites
- Monday to Friday
- 08:00 - 17:00
About you:
- You will be a confident communicator
- You will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with different levels of people, from drivers, up to site management
- You will have great people management skills
- You must be able to work under your own initiative, as well as part of a larger team
- You should be confident with your own time management
- Own transport preferrable
- Strong IT capabilities (Word, Excel, Outlook – training will be given for internal systems)
- Previous recruitment experience
- Volume People Management (360 degree, from booking shifts through to providing disciplinary action)
