Key Responsibilities
  • Handling, processing and managing documentation within the office 
  • Supporting the team with recruitment
  • Photocoping, scanning and filing 
  • Handling incoming and making outbound phone calls 
  • Processing and managing digital data 
  • Using a computer for scanning, and filing confidential documentation 
  • Any other admin duties 
Shift times & working hours
  • Day shifts - 24 hour week
