Purchase Ledger Clerk required in Skelmersdale – Fantastic Career Opportunity – Apply today!
Assist Resourcing are seeking an Purchase ledger to fulfil this exciting new role that is based at our client site in Skelmersdale. 

Key Responsibilities
  •  Processing invoices and reconciling to purchase orders
  •  Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details within the purchase ledger
  •  Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
  •  Resolving queries smoothly and efficiently
  •  Ensuring the integrity of purchase orders and receipts
  •  Supporting with general office duties and provide ad-hoc reporting
Shift times & working hours
  • Monday to Friday
    • 09:00 - 17:00
  • 37.5 hour week
What we need from you:
  •  Experience of Sage
  •  Have experience working as a purchase ledger clerk - essential
  •  Be proactive - essential
  •  Be able to communicate effectively with internal and external colleagues
  • 12 months employment experience
