Recruitment Area Manager - Merseyside - Immediate Start - Permanent Role - £28k P/A DOE - Apply Today!
Assist Resourcing is actively seeking a Recruitment Area Manager, who will work between several client sites in the Merseyside area. The ideal candidate will have experience working in high-volume recruitment, across a number of sites within the logistics sector, and will hold a clean UK Driving Licence, as travel between client sites will be required. 

About the role of Recruitment Area Manager:  
  • Recruiting candidates and placing them into work
  • To build and maintain strong working relationships with the client and candidates
  • Manage and develop candidates
  • Processing Payroll
  • Manage candidate productivity
  • Reporting on performance, attrition, and absence
  • Responsible for candidate compliance
  • Adherence to on-site Health & Safety

Ideal Hours of Work for our Recruitment Area Manager: 

  • Working Monday to Friday 
  • Occasional weekends may be required 
  • 40 hour weeks 
  • The right applicant will have the ability to be flexible with their working hours when required
With the responsibility of taking care of a number of client sites, flexibility with your working hours will be required. 

What do we need from you to be a Recruitment Area Manager: 

  • Strong people skills, and excellent communication 
  • Must be very organised and able to manage own time accordingly 
  • Must have previous experience working within high volume recruitment
  • You will be polite, positive and have an excellent attitude to Employee Management
  • You will be motivated to work on your own, and as part of a busy recruitment team
  • You should be confident and able to communicate new ideas about existing processes, whilst adhering to company policy
  • You must be able to travel between sites with start and finish time flexibility (some clients will require 6am starts)
