Assist Resourcing is currently recruiting for a full-time Administrator in Rochdale to support our client's busy Distribution Operation. Our client is a well known retailer of sports fashion items, and this is a really exciting opportunity to join the admin team.

We are looking for someone with experience in Admin, preferably within a warehouse setting, so you can hit the ground running, however, full training will be provided, so this isn't essential.  

Warehouse Administrator - Job Description & Duties: 
Please note this list is not exhaustive and will change depending on the requirements of the operation. You must be proactive and flexible to help meet the changing requirements of the business;
  • Collating and managing data
  • Monitoring departmental email inboxes
  • Checking order accuracy and warehouse paperwork
  • Creating despatch notes where required
  • Ordering office stationery, uniforms, materials etc
  • Assist with Quality Checking and Stock Checking
  • Creating and maintaining relationships with suppliers, depots, shops and warehouse staff etc
  • Admin duties like photocopying, filing, document storage, and data entry
  • Travel bookings for senior members of the team 

Warehouse Administrator - Hours of Work
  • Monday to Friday working 
    • 08:00 - 16:30
