Assist Resourcing are looking for Inbound Call Centre Operatives in Birkenhead to work for one of the UK’s leading Customer Service providers. Servicing some big name brands in the UK, you will be given 2 weeks training before you are let loose on the shop floor, as our client is dedicated to getting it right first time. 

About the Job…

- Handling inbound customer queries (Via Telephone, Email and Live Chat) about item delivery, returns and other general issues 
- There are NO outbound contact requirements (yes, you read it right.... None!)
- You will receive 2 weeks training before hitting the shop floor and handling live customers queries 

Shift times & working hours…

- A variety of different shift patterns available 
- Days, Nights, Weekend Only
- Full Time - 40 hours over 5 days
