Assist Resourcing UK Ltd are delighted to be recruiting for a Machine Operative / Minder to start work on a Temp to Perm basis for our fabulous food manufacturing client based in Wigan.

We are looking for candidates who have experience operating machines in a manufacturing (preferably a food production) environment. Full training will be provided to the right candidate.

Successful candidates will be responsible for starting the machines up in the morning, trouble shooting any issues with machines, completing quality and paperwork checks and also helping and working alongside a team of operatives.

To be successful in this role you will need to be a good communicator, be organised, work well under pressure and have a good eye for details.

FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED

Hours of Work

Monday-Friday

130pm – finish (based on a minimum 42.5 hours per week)

This is a temp to perm role and the pay rate is £7.83 and will rise depending on performance after a successful 12-week temp to perm.
