Job Summary

Are you looking for an Online Customer Service role without making any phone calls what so ever? With flexible working hours and set shift patterns available? - Why not join our relaxed, energetic team as a Customer Service Agent at one of our biggest e-commerce retailers in the UK?

Location: Rudheath, Northwich, CW9

(Not the easiest place to access via public transport so please ensure you check your options prior to your interview)

Shift pattern:

10PM – 6AM

Rate of pay: £8/hour


Relaxed, casual work environment and dress code
On-Site canteen

No inbound or outbound calls to be made

Basic Requirements:

Must be able to navigate websites comfortably
Accurate keyboard skills (those will be tested during your interview)
Ability to find information on websites

The Role:

Data entry onto company website
Checking if orders submitted by customers are correct and making amendments where required
