Assist Resourcing UK Limited are Delighted to be recruiting for an experienced, dynamic and talented Recruitment Contract Manager to start work at our fabulous onsite contract based in Rochdale.

Reporting directly to the Commercial manger this is a varying role and no day will be the same and  will require dedication, tenacity and the ability to think on your feet.

We are looking for candidates who are competent managing staff as you will be responsible for our onsite team.  The role will involve ensuring that the team exceeds the set KPIs, you will need to identify and action any training needs, daily contract planning, performance monitoring of your staff and ensuring that high levels of customer service is met at all times to your client and candidates.

This is a hands-on role and will involve monitoring all aspects of compliance, legislation, working time directive, AWR, payroll, finance, recruitment and induction of temporary staff and ensuing that there is always an abundant pool of available staff to meet SLA agreement.

The role is fast paced and will require a lot of energy and drive, so we are ideally looking for someone who has experience managing teams and high-volume contracts and who has experience dealing with the day to day challenges that come with high volume recruitment within a fast paced warehousing and distribution environment. 

Due to the nature of the business we will require candidates who are flexible as you will need to work 5 shifts over 7 days as the site runs 24/7.
