We are currently recruiting for several Production Technicians / Operatives to cover various shift patterns at our Clients site in Lutterworth.
As a Production Technician / Operative you will work as part of a fantastic team, handling Mobile Phone screening and repairs. Previous experience working within a Manufacturing or Warehouse environment would be beneficial, but is not essential as full training will be provided.
This is a fantastic temp to perm opportunity for candidates that prove to be hard working, flexible and reliable.

Pay & Hours
Under 25’s £7.44ph (Day Shift)
Over 25’s £7.70ph (Day Shift)
After 7pm £9.36 per hour (Late Shift)
We have a number of shifts both full time and part time. Starting at various times throughout the day, so accessible if using public transport or you need to make the school run! Shifts generally run Monday to Friday, however we also have shift patterns that incorporate working Sundays, with an additional day off through the week.
As a Technician / Operative your day to day duties may include
- Carrying out mobile phone screening
- Carrying out mobile phone repairs
- Checking mobile phones for damage
- Picking and Packing
- Pallet wrapping, stacking and put away
- Loading
- Unloading
- General Warehouse Operative duties
