We are currently recruiting for a number of warehosue operatives to join our fantastic team at our clients site in Magna Park, Lutterworth.
As a Picker/Packer you will work as part of a fantastic team, handling Mobile Phone Products. Previous experience working in a similar environment would be beneficial, but is not essential as full training will be provided.
This is a fantastic temp to perm opportunity for candidates that prove to be hard working, flexible and reliable.
Pay & Hours
Under 25’s £7.59
Over 25’s £7.85
After 7pm £9.55
Weekends under 25 £10.28
Weekends 25 and over £10.63
We have a number of shifts both full time and part time. Starting at various times throughout the day, so accessible if using public transport or you need to make the school run! Shifts generally run Monday to Friday, however we also have shift patterns that incorporate working Sundays, with an additional day off through the week.
(all on a 8.5 hour day with 30 min unpaid break.) so paid for 40 hours a week
Monday to Friday: Full time
06:00 -14:30
06:15 - 14:45 (6am and 6:15 are biggest departments)
08:00 - 16:30
08:45 - 17:15
09:00 - 17:30
10:30 -19:00
15:00 - Midnight
Working Sunday with a day off in week - Outbound
10:30 start with Sunday starting at 07:30
As aPicker/Packer your day to day duties may include:
· Picking, packing, pallet wrapping, stacking and putting away
· Role would involve being on feet all day
. Full training will be given - no experience required.
· Fully Paid training - no experience required!
· Ongoing full or part time hours, with the option to work overtime
