Assist Resourcing UK Limited are adding several Warehouse Operatives to our growing team at our clients Lutterworth site.
We have various shift patterns and are looking for all aspects of warehouse operatives to cover order picking and packers roles doing a variety of to various shift patterns.
As a Warehouse Operative you will work as part of a fantastic team, picking, packing, palatalizing, labelling, wrapping and all other warehouse duties. Previous experience working in a similar environment would be beneficial.
This is a fantastic temp to perm opportunity for candidates that prove to be hard working, flexible and reliable.
Pay & Hours
Under 25’s £7.59ph (Day Shift)
Over 25’s £7.85ph (Day Shift)
After 7pm £9.55 per hour (Late Shift)
Weekend Under 25 - £10.28
Weekend 25 and Over £10.63
We have a number of shifts both full time and part time. Starting at various times throughout the day, so accessible if using public transport or you need to make the school run! Shifts generally run Monday to Friday, however we also have shift patterns that incorporate working Sundays, with an additional day off through the week.
(all on an 8.5-hour day with 30 min unpaid break.) so paid for 40 hours a week
Monday to Friday: Full time
• 06:00 -14:30
• 06:15 - 14:45 (6am and 6:15 are biggest departments)
• 08:00 - 16:30
• 08:45 - 17:15
• 09:00 - 17:30
• 10:30 -19:00
• 15:00 – Midnight

As a Picker/Packer your day to day duties may include:
· Picking, packing, pallet wrapping, stacking and putting away
· Role would involve being on feet all day
